Who We Are
AviaVox is the global expert, market leader and preferred partner in the world of intelligent, automated passenger announcement systems for airports and airlines.
Our History
We began developing intelligent artificial voice systems in 1995, only launching AviaVox as a business in 2003 when we had finalized a sophisticated solution to take to market.
Since then we’ve worked closely with airports of all sizes, gaining a deep understanding of how airports operate. That’s why we don’t just make passenger announcements – our systems have also been designed to deliver significant operational and financial efficiencies, also see What We Do.
Today, we are frequently specified as the preferred or required supplier on airport procurement EOIs and RFPs.
Our customers include over 55 airports around the world, ranging in capacity from 100,000 to over 100 million passengers per year. They’re also used by 130+ scheduled, charter and private airlines. And our announcements are heard by over 750,000,000 passengers each year.
