Commercial Coordinator

AviaVox develops intelligent, automated passenger announcement systems for airports and airlines around the world. Our systems generate reliable, natural-sounding announcements based on operational data, helping airports and airlines improve passenger information, passenger flow, compliance and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will help coordinate our commercial processes and support the connection between customers, sales, marketing, operations and administration. You will be involved in customer communication, commercial follow-up, quotation and order processes, subscription management and internal coordination.

This is a varied role for someone who is organised, commercially aware and comfortable working in an international aviation technology environment.

About the role

As Commercial Coordinator, you will be an important link between AviaVox and our customers, partners and internal teams. You will help keep commercial processes structured, accurate and moving forward.

Your work may include:

• supporting customer communication and relationship management;
• following up on commercial requests and sales opportunities;
• assisting with quotations, orders and related administration;
• coordinating internal follow-up with sales, support, operations and administration;
• supporting subscription management and renewal processes;
• helping improve commercial workflows and internal processes;
• contributing to sales and marketing activities where needed.

The role is available for 32–40 hours per week, with hybrid working possibilities depending on the final setup of the position.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with strong organisational and communication skills.

You are likely to be a good fit if you:

• have experience in a commercial support, internal sales, sales coordination or customer-facing administrative role;
• work accurately and know how to keep multiple processes on track;
• enjoy contact with customers and colleagues;
• are proactive, service-oriented and solution-focused;
• communicate fluently in Dutch and English;
• are comfortable working with software tools such as CRM systems, Exact Online and SharePoint;
• enjoy working in a small, efficient organisation with an international customer base.

Knowledge of German, French or Spanish is an advantage.
